The pursuit of continuous improvement of its activities, crucial to the achievement of the Company "mission", has always been supported by a systemic approach to the management of processes, with clear leadership of each company's organizational level and an important participatory spirit that characterizes its employees.
All this in order to be able to manage proper planning of work on the products and, at the same time, to achieve a sustained improvement in customer and employees satisfaction and in own business performance.
Since the beginning of its history, the Company has dedicated resources to the management of quality issues, initially intended as a simple absence of defects in delivered products and later, through the acquisition of certifications such as ISO 9002 (1996), ISO 9001: 2000 (2002), ISO 9001: 2008 (2010), as methods for managing the entire production flow.
The Company's commitment in pursuing these objectives is in fact defined by a continuous setting, implementation, verification and continuous improvement of its Management System for Quality.
To date, the management system complies with the requirements for aviation, space and defense organizations, as defined in PrEN 9100:2016 / AS 9100D and ISO 9001:2015.
